We headed for Michigan in August, with lots of things on our todo list while we were there.

Our first todo was to meet baby Olivia, my sister Catie had her first baby the day before we arrived. We dropped a very tired Bridgette off at my parents and headed to the hospital.

My mom treated us to a trip to the Domino Farms Petting Zoo. Bridgette was beyond excited! My brother Dan and his wife Brittnii joined us, it was so fun to all be together.
A lot of our trip was spent enjoying the water: lake and pool.

We made sure to stop and stay at one of our favorite vaca spots on the way home, Breckenridge, CO.
There never seems to be enough time to do everything we want on our trips to Michigan, but we're grateful for all the good times we had!
Olivia is so precious! I really need to make it back to Michigan one of these days, especially since I was born there right? It looks like you guys had lots of fun :) What is in Breckenridge, CO?
ReplyDeleteIt was a blast! Breckenridge is just west of Denver, it's a small out of the way town with lots of shops and it has a Frisco/Aspen type feeling. It's beautiful!
